Without my eczema I would’ve never launched @itch_n_bitch and would’ve never found myself surrounded by all these amazing itchy people.
Eczema / TSW / Psoriasis can take you to the lowest of lows but also take you to the highest through connection.
CONNECTING TO RANDOM STRANGERS ON THE INTERNET.
Who one day if your luckily will feel like family.
I am glad to say I have found my itchy fam and we don’t give a damn what you think of us because we’re all working towards focusing more on what we think of ourselves and learning how to love ourselves no matter what our skin looks like each morning.
We are taking each day as it comes and REACHING OUT instead of FOLDING in on ourselves.
With time we will heal and then HELP.
For now we shall DEAL the card we’ve been dealt and do it surrounded and supported by this community.

Saturday 12th August was the first of many ITCHY GANG meet ups, we had people travel from Dublin, Durham, Cambridge, Shropshire!! LONDON meet up was soo much more than just Londoners and really showed me how much we needed to be sat surrounded by fellow itchy warriors.
The buzz of hearing people openly talk about their treatment plans, experiences and feelings was indescribable.

I did this for all of you and I am proud of you guys who didn’t let that anxious voice in your head STOP YOU from coming!
Too many times I let that voice tell my I couldn’t when now I know I CAN❤️
So, here’s to you – the ones who showed up, the ones who connected, and the ones who dared to break free from that pesky voice of doubt. You’re a shining testament that “I can’t” can easily transform into “I can.” Remember, gang, surround yourself with kindred spirits who truly understand, and you’ll never feel alone again. 🌟
