More allergy tests booked through GP and just posted my @yorktestuk in the post. Hopeful I’ll one day know my new triggers that have decided to come in last 3 months!
Starting my @hannasillitoeskincare multi strain biotic properly and going to do my elimination diet as soon as I get this week out the way with the help of @theeczemacoach.
For now I am treating myself, staying calm and taking it easy as this flare burns like a bish. Very frustrating to feel soo out of control after years of feeling like I had a good management of my skin naturally.
Sometimes you just gotta buy yourself flowers, @trip.drinks and a few snacks and deal with the skin card you’ve been dealt with today. Sadly there’s no quick fix but with time I hope I’ll know.
