Same girl, different day. Whilst my skin may fluctuate, I do not. I am me despite all you can see, so please don’t treat me differently.
Don’t let your skin stop you👌🏻 I KNOW… it’s tough, and you feel totally out of control. Seemingly, everything you do makes no difference, and it’s just one massive exhausting journey of trial and error that at times can just feel like ERROR ERROR ERROR.
BUT, I want to remind you that these errors all serve as lessons if we listen to them properly. They help steer us towards or away from certain ingredients and products in the future and long term provide us with some understanding of our skin’s needs.
This itchy skin journey is anything but easy, but you are anything but weak 👌🏻
It does and will get better with time. Cheers to living and learning through the ups and downs of having a skin condition!
