I first started following Jen’s journey when she was going through challenges of eczema and steroid withdrawal, Jen endured months confined to the sofa. Struggling with anxiety and depression, she faced panic attacks when attempting everyday activities like going outside or taking a shower.
Through a journey of addressing both mental and physical health issues, Jen explored various therapeutic approaches until discovering the transformative effects of solution-focused hypnotherapy. Undergoing six sessions, she not only regained her former self but surpassed it, remaining panic attack-free since.
Grateful for the positive impact of her hypnotherapist and the sessions they shared, Jen chose to become a therapist herself.
